Síntoma
When downloading the installation files to upgrade VersaWorks, a "File is Corrupted" error occurs.
Solución
Issue: When downloading the installation files to upgrade VersaWorks, a "File is Corrupted" error occurs.
Cause: Instead of downloading all three install (*.rar) files, the downloader is only taking the first file and renaming it with a (1) appendment.
Resolution: Remove the added "(1)" from the name of the downloaded files.
