Hard printer failure in the scan direction

Cause
Heavy load in the carriage direction, age of the scan motor, high duty cycle.

Solution
Check for any obstructions in the cutter carriage/print carriage direction. This error can occur if you had a head strike during printing. Contact your local Roland Dealer.
