Symptom
Error code 4000 Emergency stop RPM error.

Cause
Spindle rotation speed is lower than the desired set speed and it might be due to one of these reasons.

Solution

1. Bad contacts or connection to the spindle motor. Re-connect the power cables to the spindle motor.

2. Defective spindle unit, exceeded the expected life. Replace spindle unit.

3. Defective spindle motor, exceeded the expected life. Replace spindle.

4. Poor contacts from the main board or possibly a bad main board. Please contact your supporting dealership.
