Error Code "1050-****" The operation to read a bar code failed.

Cause

• The adapter ID has not been affixed to the adapter.
• Dirt has affixed to the adapter ID.
• Dirt has affixed to the bar code sensor.

Solution

1. Check the status of the adapter ID.
   1. Check that the adapter ID label has been affixed to the adapter. Remove any dirt that has affixed to the bar code of the adapter ID label.
2. Clean the bar code sensor.
