Symptom

104F-202 error, T-axis position has been shifted, occurs on DWX-52DC/DCi
 

Solution

Confirm the rotation of the bearing.

If you can't rotate the bearing as shown in the figure, please Clean and lube.

Check the rotation and the movement shown in the yellow arrow.


The error 104F-0202 may occur when the ball bearings and their arm on the clamp do not work well. The cutting dusts will be accumulated everywhere in the gap and it may block smooth operation.
