Symptom
The VPanel does not recognize the DWX-4.

Cause
There are various reasons for the lack of communication to the VPanel.

Solution

1. Make sure you have power to the DWX-4

2. Check the condition of the USB cable and the connection points.

3. Is the driver installed correctly?

Refer to the DWX-4 Setup Guide " Installing and Setting up the Software".

Page 48 "To Install Software & Page 49, "Installation is Impossible".

4. Are you connecting multiple machines to one PC?

Check ID, it might have changed.

Refer to the DWX-4 Setup Guide "Connecting Multiple Units" on pages 40-42.
