Unable to drag and drop file to CAMM-1 GR Queue in VersaWorks Dual

The user is unable to drag ripped files from printer queue to CAMM-1 GR queue in VersaWorks Dual. Error message displays Only jobs that are displayed can be dragged and dropped.
Solución
Symptom
The user is unable to drag ripped files from printer queue to CAMM-1 GR queue in VersaWorks Dual. Error message displays “Only jobs that are displayed can be dragged and dropped.”
Cause
There are two situations that may cause this issue. The first is that the file does not include cut data. The second is that a permission setting in VersaWorks Dual is preventing the file from being added to the GR queue.
Solution
First check to see if VersaWorks Dual is recognizing the cut data in the file by selecting the file in the printer queue and looking at the “Document Information” that will appear in the middle of the window. There should be an “A” icon listed next to the “Special Items” field. If there is no “A” icon then VersaWorks Dual does not recognize the cut data in the file. You must review the original artwork and assign the cut contour line to the artwork.
