As the Cloud Administrator, you will administer all facets of Roland DGA's Microsoft 365 environment, provide production support of the various Power Automate flows and Power Apps, and be an internal technical resource by supporting new project efforts utilizing Microsoft's Power Platform. Ideal candidates would have experience using cloud-based platforms and provide high-level administrative support such as Share Gate for SharePoint data synchronization and RingCentral, Roland DGA's VoIP solution. As a member of the Information Services team, reporting to the Information Services Manager, this individual is responsible for administrating all facets of Roland DGA’s Microsoft 365 environment. Roland DGA has begun using Microsoft’s Power Platform to deliver low-code business solutions and to automate business processes, as a result, this individual will also be responsible for assisting in the production support of the various Power Automate flows and Power Apps in place currently as well as being an internal technical resource in support of new Project efforts utilizing the Microsoft’s Power Platform that are driven by one of Roland DGA’s business systems analysts. In addition to Microsoft 365 and Power Platform resources, Roland DGA utilizes additional cloud-based platforms that the individual in this position would be expected to provide high-level administrative support on which are, ShareGate for SharePoint data synchronization and RingCentral, Roland DGA’s VoIP solution.

All facets of Microsoft 365 tenant administration and SaaS deployment
Microsoft 365 user administration (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online)
Monitoring of Microsoft 365 service health and the administration of both service requests, and change management
Administration of Microsoft 365 SharePoint sites which includes both an employee intranet and a partner extranet
Assistance with Microsoft 365 licensing administration and management
All facets of Microsoft Power Platform (Power App, Power Automate, Power BI)
Production Support of Roland DGA’s library of Power Apps, Power Automate Flows, and Power BI dashboards
Administration of ongoing data synchronization between SharePoint sites using ShareGate
Some high-level administrative support of Roland DGA’s RingCentral VoIP platform with respect to user management
Tracking and escalation of incidents with Microsoft 365 technical support when necessary
Support a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that promotes positive work relationships with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in generally available professional development activities within the company.
Ensures compliance with J-Sox General Computing Controls as they relate to Roland DGA’s cloud ecosystem.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Working knowledge of all facets of the administration of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem of applications including OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Planner, Azure Active Directory, etc.

Hands-on experience with supporting and delivering Power Platform solutions such as Power Apps and Power Automate Flows. Prior experience with managing Power BI workspaces and dashboard access is also required.   

Working knowledge of the administrative activities involved in supporting a VoIP solution for an organization such as RingCentral.

Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum of 2 years’ experience administrating Microsoft’s 365 cloud ecosystem
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with SharePoint Online administration
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with development and administration of MS Power Platform

SKILLS/ABILITIES: Ability to provide technical and administrative support on cloud-based systems
Technical understanding of industry best-practices in platform administration and diagnostics
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated success with meeting project milestones and deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
High energy, team player with leadership skills and attention to detail

Ability to conduct training, communicate at panel discussions and to make professional presentations.
