Question: Why won't gloss output when I am sending a job from Production Manager to the IU-1000F printer?
(Note: This question assumes that the nozzle test for gloss is good and there is nothing wrong with the head).
Answer: Gloss needs to be output in Standard Mode
(US_White-Media_7_4C-CL_Standard_635X600.icc).
Trying to print gloss in any mode other than standard will not be successful.
