Symptom
Ink will flow out the of the needle inside the cartridge holder.
Cause
Ink will leak into the cartridge holder bay if you removed the subtank from the cartridge slot. This will happen while you have a one liter ink bag installed up top.
Solution
The subtanks have a metal bracket installed to hold and lock these subtanks in place securely. Never remove this bracket and take out the subtank.
