Symptom
When outputing the CMYK print file and Gloss print file separately, the CMYK print does not match the Gloss print in feed direction. Why?

Cause
Outputting a CMYK file and a Gloss file separately in the design application could cause this problem.

Solution

Confirm that the page size of CMYK file is the same as that of Gloss file in your design application.
Note: You do not have to create the CMYK, White, or Gloss files separately. You can create a print file including all color settings in different layers. Please consult the white and clear printing guide available on the support page for your product.
