Color, Color, Color

Roland DG Inkjets are renowned for delivering rich, beautiful, amazing color. Now, inside VersaWorks v.6.22 (or later), you’ll find some great new color options designed to make your printed colors even brighter and more vibrant. Below are the simple steps you can follow to take advantage of these new options. There’s one caveat, however; you’ll need to test the results to get the desired outcome. Some of the colors may provide “realistic results,” while others will provide cool, filter-like effects.

Let's take a look ...

  1. Step 1: Open an image inside VersaWorks v6.22 (or greater) and Go to -> Quality TAB.

    Let's take a look at some of the options:

    1. Click on the Quick Set button and choose a selection

    3. From the Color Management [Preset] pulldown option choose one of the 6 new options.
      NOTE: the True Rich Color Standard will be a default selection.

    Improved True Rich Color: Summary

    Overall: True Rich Color has been refined to provide users with greater flexibility and control over color output, while maintaining the core benefits of natural color reproduction and ink maximization.

    Key Improvements:

    • Enhanced color reproduction: Builds on the successful True Rich Standard by offering new settings for more precise color control.
    • Increased vibrancy and brightness: Six new settings allow for customization of color intensity to achieve vivid results.
    • User-friendly interface: Clickable image previews make it easy to select the desired color setting.
    • Compatibility: Existing color settings are still available for users who prefer them.
