Bilingual Credit Analyst
Roland DGA is searching for a Bilingual Credit Analyst to join our customer-focused team. As an Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating new and existing customer credit profiles, pulling and monitoring A/R aging reports & initiate collections, gather financial data & credit information and contact customers with delinquent invoices. In addition to credit activities, this role also works closely with Customer Service and Sales to support and resolve the needs of our customers. Candidates must enjoy problem-solving and use their critical thinking skills to support the Accounting team. Spanish speaking is required and you must be fluent in reading and writing, and have three years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, cash applications, invoice/credit analysis, and billing discrepancies.Part time Customer Service Representative
