We have researched the market and developed an easy way for garment decorators to boost sales. The Rhinestone Solution consists of five separately sold components – Roland EGX engraver with bundled Dr. Engrave software, CorelDraw® design software, engraving stock to create rhinestone templates, a heat press and hot fix transfer tape, and colorful hot-fix rhinestones.

The workflow is simple. Create custom graphics with your existing CorelDraw software. Use a Roland EGX engraver to cut the design pattern into standard engraving stock for the rhinestone templates. Then set the rhinestones into the design’s holes, cover them with the hot fix transfer tape and heat press them onto the garment. The rhinestone design can also be used as an embellishment for traditional heat transfer graphics.
