Roland Travels from SEMA to USSC on Action-Packed
Road Trip
SEMA, the world’s premiere specialty automotive event,
drew record-breaking crowds again this year and Roland was
there for the first time to help fuel the excitement.
From antique hot rods to futuristic concept cars, from NASCAR
to pedigreed show cars, and from the luxurious to the practical,
Roland Restyling provides the complete package of tools and
techniques - everything you need to turn vehicles into works
of art, including the world’s best-selling vinyl cutters,
inkjet printers and printer/cutters.
To illustrate this process, live Roland Restyling demonstrations
were held throughout the show on installing wraps, window tinting,
and paint protective films, as well as airbrush and pinstriping
techniques. Led by some of the industry’s foremost
experts, these powerful presentations drew interest from a
wide range of restyling professionals. Spectators also
had the chance to view the official Roland Scion xB, tricked
out for the show with fantastic exterior and interior graphics
designed by P.J. Brassard of Logosprint.com, the winner of
our very own 2006 Roland Wrap Vehicle Graphics Contest.
In addition, Roland’s SEMA exhibit featured our latest
technological innovations, including the high-performance SOLJET
PRO III XC-540 and VersaCAMM SP-300V printer/cutters and the
new GX Pro vinyl cutter.
With SEMA behind us, it’s on to Atlantic City where
USSC hosts its annual SignWorld USA conference. This year’s
event, November 30th – December 2nd, is expected to attract
record crowds as well. Stop by the Roland USSC booth for live
Roland Restyling demonstrations and a chance to view our showcase
Scion xB. In addition to the VersaCAMM and SOLJET inkjets,
Roland’s USSC exhibit will feature the AdvancedJET AJ-1000
104” grand format printer.
