Three Levels of Coverage for Wide-format Inkjets
With Roland Care Extended Warranties, you can choose from three levels of service to fit your needs. All Roland Care Extended Warranties require exclusive use of Roland inks, formulated to optimize your printer performance. Each plan covers all parts, labor and travel (up to 200 miles each way) for a Roland Authorized Service Technician to perform any covered repair necessary to restore your Roland device to published specifications.

Coverage for VersaStudio BN-20
One-Year Limited Warranty For VersaStudio BN-20 Printer/Cutter
Roland inkjets combine unbeatable performance with legendary Roland reliability. As proof, The VersaStudio BN-20 is warranted for a period of one year, including parts and labor. For an additional cost, an extended Roland Care warranty is offered for the BN-20 in six-month increments offering you further peace of mind.
RolandCare Extended Warranties start where our standard warranties leave off, in month 13 of ownership. Roland's extended warranties provide you with complete, seamless service and support of your product, and are priced as follows for the BN-20:

Each additional six-month warranty period provides you with full coverage for all parts, labor and travel (up to 200 miles each way) for a Roland Authorized Technician if any covered repair is required.*

In order to be eligible for an inkjet Roland Care Extended Warranty, ALL the following conditions must be met:
Registration
You must register your qualifying Inkjet Printer within 60 days of purchase. You may register your product online, or by phone at 1-800-542-2307.
Exclusive Use of Roland Ink
You must use only Roland Ink throughout all warranty periods. Use of non-Roland ink at any time during any warranty period disqualifies your product from receiving any extended warranty coverage. You may be required to provide proof of purchase of Roland Ink in order to substantiate its continuous and exclusive use.
