Under the direction of the technical support supervisor, the Technical Support Specialist will provide technical support to end-users and dealers on the telephone, through online networks and by mail.
Under general supervision, provides administrative support to the Customer Service team, including data, entry, filing, covers reception desk for breaks and lunch and assists with special projects.
The Trade Show and Event Manager manages and executes corporate events, enduser training classes, dealer training classes, and tradeshow programs. He/she is responsible for integrating show strategy with brand and corporate objectives, managing all facets of all corporate event planning including project management, logistics, planning meetings, budgets, performance, ROI, on-site management and post-event reporting.
